On the budew login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. We send a password-reset link to that email within a few minutes. Click the link, create a new password, and log in. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team. We can manually verify your identity and reset your password within one business day. To speed up the process, have your registered phone number and a government ID scan ready. If you have lost access to your registered email address, contact support with proof of identity (ID scan + selfie with ID) and we can update your email address before resetting your password.

Log in to your budew account and go to Settings → Account Preferences. You can update your email, phone number, and notification settings. You can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security. If you wish to pause your account temporarily, contact our support team via in-app messaging or email. We can suspend your account for a specified period (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, or longer) so you cannot log in or place new transactions. Your balance remains intact and you can request to reactivate your account at any time. If you wish to close your account permanently, we can process that request within one business day; any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days.

Payments and transactions

To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on budew, log in and go to Deposit. Select your preferred wallet (mobile banking, local payment, or online payment), enter the amount, and click "Proceed." You are redirected to the wallet app or web interface to confirm the payment. Once confirmed, the funds appear in your budew balance within seconds to a few minutes. We also support e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and direct bank transfer (online payment, Mandini, e-wallet, mobile banking). Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. There are no deposit fees on budew. If your deposit does not appear after subject to verification, contact our support team with your transaction ID and we will investigate within one business day.

We at budew do not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. All fees are absorbed by budew. When you deposit via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer, the full amount you enter is credited to your budew balance. When you withdraw, the full amount is sent to your registered payment method without deduction. Some payment providers (e.g., your bank or wallet provider) may charge their own fees, but budew does not add any additional charges. Withdrawal processing times vary: wallet withdrawals (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) typically settle within minutes to a few hours; bank transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) typically settle within 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

Our budew loyalty programme rewards active users with tier status based on cumulative activity (deposits, wagers, and time on platform). As you move up tiers, you unlock benefits such as faster withdrawal processing, priority support, and exclusive tournament access. Tier status is tracked automatically; you can view your current tier and progress in your Account → Loyalty section. Tier benefits reset monthly, so your status is recalculated based on activity in the current calendar month. We do not publish exact tier thresholds, but higher activity generally leads to higher tier status.
